Configuring Cloudmatika Collaboration Suite on Microsoft Outlook

To configure Cloudmatika Collaboration Suite (CCS) on Microsoft Outlook, please ensure that you have already subscribed to the Email and Collaboration service. If you have not subscribed yet, please purchase the Email and Collaboration service first.

You can configure CCS on Microsoft Outlook by following these steps:

1. Launch your Microsoft Outlook application.
2. Once Outlook is open, select File > Add Mail Account.
3. Choose Manual Configuration, then select POP or IMAP.
4. Click Continue.
5. Enter the following information in the appropriate fields and ensure that both the incoming and outgoing mail server settings are entered correctly:
   Incoming Mail Server: mail2.cloudmatika.com
   Outgoing Mail Server: mail2.cloudmatika.com
   Username: (Enter your email address)
   Password: (Enter your email password)
6. Next, select the Outgoing Server tab and check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication. Then select Use same settings as my incoming mail server.
7. After completing the settings, click Next to allow Outlook to validate the account with the email server.
8. Wait for the validation process to complete, then click Close and select Next.
9. Your CCS account has now been successfully configured in Outlook.

You can now access and manage your mailbox directly from Microsoft Outlook.
