If you have not subscribed yet, please purchase the Email and Collaboration service first.<\/p><p>You can configure CCS on Microsoft Outlook by following these steps:<\/p><ol><li aria-level=\"1\">Launch your <b>Microsoft Outlook<\/b> application.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Once Outlook is open, select <b>File &gt; Add Mail Account<\/b>.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Choose <b>Manual Configuration<\/b>, then select <b>POP or IMAP<\/b>.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Click <b>Continue<\/b>.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Enter the following information in the appropriate fields and ensure that both the incoming and outgoing mail server settings are entered correctly:<br \/><b>Incoming Mail Server:<\/b> mail2.cloudmatika.com<br \/><b>Outgoing Mail Server:<\/b> mail2.cloudmatika.com<br \/><b>Username:<\/b> (Enter your email address)<br \/><b>Password:<\/b> (Enter your email password)<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Next, select the <b>Outgoing Server<\/b> tab and check <b>My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication<\/b>. Then select <b>Use same settings as my incoming mail server<\/b>.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">After completing the settings, click <b>Next<\/b> to allow Outlook to validate the account with the email server.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Wait for the validation process to complete, then click <b>Close<\/b> and select <b>Next<\/b>.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Your CCS account has now been successfully configured in Outlook.<\/li><\/ol><p>You can now access and manage your mailbox directly from Microsoft
